Das Gupta (89017), Addl./Joint Commissioners of Income Tax are
retained at their present stations on compassionate grounds of their
children being in X/XII Std for one year i.e. till General
Transfers-2009. Ms. Mamta Kochar (95008) is retained on spouse grounds
till General Transfers-2009. Ms. Manisha Chandra (92028) shall ensure
that she reports to the Department as soon as her husband receives his
transfer orders.
3. With these
orders all representations received from officers in the grade
Joint/Addl. CIT stand disposed off.
4. CCIT(CCAs)
shall ensure that all officers under order of transfer submit their
ACRs and report/review the ACRs of their subordinates before being
relieved from the CCIT(CCAs) Region.
5. CCIT(CCAs)
shall ensure that further postings of these officers are done as per
the provisions of the Transfer Policy.
6. All officers
under transfers may be relived by 23rd June, 2008 and compliance
reported to the Board with a copy to OSD, Database Cell, New Delhi for
monitoring. A FAX message may also be sent by CCIT(CCAs) concerned on
23rd June, 2008 to the O/o Chairman, CBDT.
